Grandview what's my home for like 5 years never had a problem the manager is great the owners are really nice people and try to help others thank you to them for allowed me to live there for 5 years

We were treated very well..room was clean. Manager went out of his way to be helpful. Children oriented safe.

This is great place to stay for your penny, The management are good people when you get to know them. They took care of me I stayed here for over 6 months for work and I didn’t have any problems.

I moved to Florida less than a month ago for a new job, with no friends or family within 1,200 miles. During this transition, I stayed at Motel 6 and two other motels while searching for the best value. The Grandview Motel is less than 10 minutes from my workplace. Before booking, I read the reviews—most were quite negative. However, something urged me to call and visit in person. After speaking with Richard, I realized he was nothing like what people had described, nor was the facility. I decided to give the motel a chance, and three weeks later, I can confidently say it was the best decision I've made since arriving in Florida. Is it a five-star hotel? No. But it is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Yes, it's an older building, but there are no bed bugs, no roaches, and no unpleasant surprises. Everyone I've encountered is on an extended stay and has nothing but positive things to say about Richard and his staff. The rooms feature apartment-sized refrigerators and microwaves, are kept clean, and the location is unbeatable. The beach is right across the road, and grocery stores and banks are within walking distance. Since I was here for Thanksgiving, to my surprise, Richard personally came around and told everyone in the building that he would be offering a Thanksgiving dinner to whoever wanted to attend—and he followed through. I had the pleasure of joining, and he had the whole spread: turkey, ham, chicken, dressing, and anything else you could want. It was truly special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, affordable option that offers real value for your money, with a manager who genuinely cares about his residents. That Thanksgiving gesture really shows Richard's character..

Ace the rooms are clean would be nice if it had a stove but they have microwave and they very full size fridge in my room happy so far

Family oriented. We have our four kids here. Most rooms are families. At night people play corn hole and have a good time. Last night a Sheriff played a game with my brother. It was priceless. Great place.
